The Nikon D3200 is a subtle, yet important update over its predecessor. Sporting a high-resolution MP DX-format CMOS sensor, full HD video recording capability and a lightweight camera body, the D3200 is a very capable DSLR camera for beginner at beginners and those upgrading from a point and shoot, the D3200 is an entry-level DSLR with the least number of features when compared to other Nikon DSLRs, simplified user interface and lightest and most compact camera body. This is a third iteration of the camera, with the D3000 making a debut back in 2009, followed by the D3100 in 2010. If more shooting modes are available in the future, there is no way to add them to a physical lever, while a single button can be programmed via firmware to have additional functionality. Kelebihandan kekurangan nikon d3200. Pemasangan Nikon F dengan kontak AF Sudut pandang efektif. Di sisi lain walau Nikon D3200 tampak unggul tapi dia juga punya beberapa kekurangan dasar yaitu tidak bisa auto fokus dengan lensa lama AF-D tidak ada fungsi bracketing dan minim tombol langsung seperti ISO WB dan AF.
KekuranganNikon D3300: Rear command dial tidak dapat digunakan untuk 'info' setting lebih cepat. Pengaturan seperti Auto ISO on/off and Active D-Lighting ada di dalam camera menu. Tidak dapat merubah aperture ketika menggunakan live view. Auto mode menggunakan shutter speeds yang lambat ketika flash dimatikan. Movie mode minim pengaturan.
